Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most about Enflow — answered here before you ever need a demo.

What exactly is Enflow, and who is it for?

Enflow is an enterprise platform that chains the entire B2B process — from the first field visit to a CRM opportunity, proposal and tender, contract and project, procurement, and finally invoicing and collection — into one system. Sales, presales, procurement, finance, legal, tender/bid management and project management units, plus senior management, all work on the same chain.

Which processes does Enflow chain together?

Visit → CRM (opportunity) → Presales (BoM/cost) → proposal & negotiation → [tender/bid management] → contract (signature) → project → procurement → finance (invoicing & collection). When one stage closes, the next stage's record opens itself — nothing is moved by hand between units.

Do the virtual agents that fill empty seats make autonomous decisions?

No. On finance and legal matters, agents only recommend — the decision always stays with an authorized person. Only actions flagged as reversible run automatically, each producing its own audit record, and every one can later be challenged and rolled back.

How secure is our data, and how is the multi-tenant structure isolated?

Every company's data is fully isolated; sensitive fields such as IBAN, tax ID and API keys are encrypted with a company-specific key. Every create/update/approve/hand-off event is written to a timestamped audit trail, and every record is explicitly tagged with who created it — human or agent.

How does pricing work?

We don't publish a price list on this site; we quote based on your employee count, number of units, and deployment preference (cloud or your own servers). The fastest way to get a number is to reach out via "Request a Demo" below.

Can we run Enflow on our own servers (on-premise), or is it cloud-only?

Both are possible. When you request a demo we ask whether your company has a server and whether it meets the software's requirements, because we support deployment on both our cloud and your own infrastructure.

How does the demo/trial process work?

Clicking "Request a Demo" opens a pre-filled email with a few short fields — company name, employee/unit count, and how long you'd like to trial it. From there we schedule a preliminary call and set up the trial together.

What does the analytics and reporting side offer?

From the executive cockpit to per-unit reports, from growth analytics to the profitability & treasury engine, there are dozens of cockpit panels and analytics reports — see the full breakdown, with real product screens, on the Screen Tour and Analytics pages.

Let's find out where your process is broken.

In a short demo, we'll show how your own process flows through the Enflow chain.
